Truely the best travel experience we have had and a bit part of that is all the work Virginia did for us and behind the scenes. She flawlessly organized our group of over 500 people on a cruise. She was very quick to answer all of our questions and made sure that everyone's travel documents were in order so there wasn't any problems on embarkation day.
